• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a one-night charge.

• No Show: Failure to arrive at the hotel without prior notice will result in a 100% charge for the first night.

• Group Bookings: For group reservations (3 or more rooms), cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to avoid a penalty.
